It’s done!
Recipes 2.0 is ready to be submitted for review. It is a major update, featuring a gorgeous library view and the option to operate it with gestures. One can now also print out complete groups or even the whole library. Because it is now iCloud enabled I could already start to write an iPad companion App and because recipes are meant to be shared – one can now do this directly from within the App with just one click.
Here is an example.
I really hope that Apple will directly approve it without any complaints. In the meantime I’ll have to design/write its website and manual…

I’ve just submitted the last update for Diary without sandboxing. Diary still allows to make use of the Dropbox. I can’t tell how long Apple will allow to submit bug fixes – but I am pretty sure that there will be a deadline…

All your notes and reminders in one place. iCloud enabled.
Apple has finally approved the latest update for TaskNotes. And it is a major one. TaskNotes is now iCloud enabled, Markdown supported and yes, I’ve changed the layout. As requested and requested and requested.
I’ve also added a visual feedback for due dates and alarms and yes, it is a complete replacement for the discontinued myTaskNotes and you can, of course, import all your tasks and notes with a single click.
And thanks to iCloud, I can finally finish an iOS companion that actually will sync without problems.
But if you’d ask me – the best new thing is its gorgeous icon :–)

Please note: I simply didn’t have the chance to finish its completely new website and the manual yet. Even a Nerd like I needs some sleep, sometimes.
And of course some quality time with Ollerum :–)
But rest assured – I will finish this as soon as possible and should you have any problems in the meantime – simply drop me a line!

I guess I’ve discovered a pattern. Apps without iCloud integration are approved in hours and everything iCloud needs weeks.
However – the latest Write update finally made it into the App Store and the rulers now work again without glitches, creating new documents from templates should also work without hiccups under Snow Leopard now and I’ve also fixed some other boring bugs.
A quick note about Word documents and images. Because Write is now a sandboxes App I had to drop support for exporting Word ‘97 documents with images embedded. But I am already working on a solution…

Apple has approved the latest update for Clippings – The cute clipboard manager with long-term memory.
I’ve improved the performance and the footprint. A 100.000 clippings are a lot to deal with. Clippings is one of those Apps, I simply couldn’t live without…

Apple has just approved the latest update for Diary. Printouts of entries or the complete journal now contain the gallery image. This also applies for exports.
Pictures, files and documents are now automatically attached by simply dragging them onto the entries text and in case the location framework is unable to determine the current location, the error descriptions now come without gibberish.
And yes, I finally had the time to create a good, old, typical Mac icon for it …
